Can you source products that are not on your website?

We regularly update our website with new products. However, if you have seen a product that you would like there is a very good chance we can source it for you.

Who should I contact about my order / payment / delivery?

Do you sell to the public or are you trade only?

At the moment we are trade only. However, give us a call to discuss your needs and we might be able to help.

What are the delivery charges?

We offer a range of delivery options Australia wide. Our delivery starts from $85, we also offer free pick up from our warehouse, or you can organise your own freight.

I've changed my mind about my order

If you change your mind once your order is delivered there will be a restocking fee of $45. Please contact us straight away should you have a change of mind.

What happens after I place my order?

Once you place an order with us you will receive an invoice. A minimum deposit of 50% will be required to secure your order with the full balance required prior to delivery / pick up. We will notify you of the lead times, stock levels and make sure that you are happy with everything.

Do I need to make an appointment to visit the showroom?

Only on a Saturday! Feel free to visit us from 9am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday. We can also arrange for a member of our team to visit your office or studio. Please note our stock at the showroom is for display only, we only hold stock at our warehouse.
