JMH Furniture Repair Program

This is your chance to get your furniture ready before the rush begins. JMH Wholesale has a new furniture maintenance program for as low as $100 per month. Our current furniture repair packages are for clients in Melbourne Metro area only. We will provide custom packages for clients located outside this area.

JMH Furniture Repair includes:

• Check and tighten all bolts, screws and brackets
• Level all tables by adjusting glides (if adjustable are fitted)
• All your furniture is covered, whether it was purchased from us or not
• We will endeavor to respond to your needs within 7 business days
• All work completed at your premises unless more detailed repairs are required or requested. These will be quoted depending on what is required
• Any further servicing or repairs required are quoted at a special Wholesale rate for members
• 2 callouts per year
• Our adjustments & repairs are warrantied for 12 months from date of completion
• We can tailor a program to suit your needs if the above is not suitable. Just call us to discuss

Furniture Repair Packages

• Package 1: $100 + GST per month. This is applied per property membership for up to 20 tables and 80 chairs.
• Package 2: $150 + GST per month. This is applied per property membership for up to 30 tables and 120 chairs
• Rates are for clients in Melbourne Metro area only. Custom packages will be given if you are located elsewhere.

Care Terms and Conditions

• All work will be carried out during our normal business hours of 8.30am to 4pm Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
• Any pre-existing damage is not covered and if repair is possible and is required will be quoted accordingly at a discounted Wholesale rate for Program members
• If bolts, screws, brackets, glides or any other hardware is required they will be quoted at a special wholesale rate for Program members
• We are not responsible for any screws, bolts, brackets, or glides that are damaged during our service due to age, wear, poor quality of the fittings, faulty fittings, or where the fittings were initially installed incorrectly. If we come across any of these, we will make you aware of them and request your approval before attempting any service/repair
• If adjustable glides are required because tables can’t be leveled, then they will be quoted accordingly
• We will not be liable for any changes to other suppliers’ warranty as a result of our repairs or maintenance service
• Our repairs are guaranteed for 12 months for normal wear and tear. It does not cover misuse, incorrect use, or wilful damage.
